BARNFIELDS OAKRIDGE
Yr 4 students from Barnfields, Berkswich, Leasowes and Oakridge were invited to take part in the Walton Family Yr 4 Tag Rugby Festival. Before the tournament boys and girls were coached by Yr 12 Sports Leaders who then organised the round-robin tournament.
Students performed with skill and determination the whole afternoon. Victory hung in the balance until the last game between Barnfields and Oakridge; whoever won this game was going to take the crown. At the end of a nail-biting game the score was 4 – 4, resulting in both teams being the winners.
