Performing Arts Department Aims & Objectives
Performing Arts plays a significant part in the life of the school. There are two wind bands, two choirs, woodwind ensembles, jazz orchestra, rock groups and string ensembles as well as opportunities for individual instrumentalists.
Many of our students are members of the County ensembles.
Staffordshire Performing Arts provides an excellent peripatetic instrumental service which enables us to offer tuition on flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, French horn, trumpet, trombone, violin, viola, cello, double bass, electric guitar, drum kit, percussion classical guitar and singing. Approximately 200 students benefit from this service.
